--> so bile mrh cube BERTENANG sebelom mengeluarkn kate2 yg akn buat kamu sendiri REGRET nanti!!.. kn ade byk care.. lau mase mrh tu tgh berdiri, cube duduk.. lau xblh gak.. cube baring.. lau xblh gak.. amek wudhu' then solat sunat.. (mampu ke nk buat perubhn tu?)..berubh jd yg lbh baik mesti la sush kn.. xpe.. slow2 ye eqien..

3)If you fill your heart with regrets of yesterday and the worries of tomorrow, you have no today to be thankful for.

--> so juz let go ape2 yg dh lepas dn jgn risau tuk ape yg belom berlaku.. juz go with the flow.. bcoz... God always gives His best to those who leave the choice with Him.. then u'll be happier.. hihi

--> so.. be rational.. practical.. dun think too much.. nant muke tu makin ketat! hehe.. smile alwyz..
